Delete Data Request

You can request the permanent deletion of your PetShield Pro account and all associated data — including pet profiles, walk history, saved contacts and AI conversation history.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address linked to your account to privacy@petshieldpro.app with the subject line "Delete my data".

What happens next

• We confirm the request within 48 hours.
• Your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics may be retained where they cannot identify you.

If you only wish to remove a single pet profile, you can do so directly inside the app from the pet's settings screen.
