PetShield Pro provides preventive, contextual guidance to help pet owners make informed decisions. The information offered — including alerts, AI responses and risk indicators — is intended to support your awareness, not to replace professional care.

Not veterinary diagnosis

PetShield Pro does not perform veterinary diagnosis. Any signal, alert, or AI-generated suggestion must not be interpreted as medical advice. In case of serious symptoms, please contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the wellbeing of your pet, the accuracy of the profile information you provide, and the actions you take based on the app's guidance.

Background location during walks

By starting a walk in PetShield Pro, you authorize the app to use your device's location in the background for the duration of that walk session, exclusively to power safety and monitoring features. Background tracking stops automatically when the walk ends, and you may revoke location access at any time in your device settings.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed and billed by Apple App Store, in accordance with their respective terms. Cancellations and refunds must be handled through your store account.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
